News

On Saturday, April 12, 2008, Kevin played at the Wallace Community Hall on Nova Scotia's beautiful Sunshine Coast. Kevin was one of several exciting musicians invited to support the community's efforts to revive the popular Northumberland Folk concert series.

Kevin rang in the New Year with Jimmy Sweeney and the Gig Dogs at the Old Triangle Irish Alehouse. Never a cover, not even on New Year's Eve.

Kevin and Jane go on holiday! Mark your calendar, folks, it might not happen again. They meandered around Massachusetts in the summer of 2007, playing sessions with the likes of Oisan McAuley (Danu), Johnny O'Leary and PV O'Donnell. The journey ended with a blast at the ICONS Festival, where they grooved to the music of Paddy Keenan and Kevin Burke and more.

KEVIN IS AN ECMA NOMINEE! Kevin's first CD, The Downpour, was nominated for a 2007 East Coast Music Award in the Instrumental Recording of the Year category.
